Vincent is a proven technology leader with more than 28 years of combined international finance, operations, and business leadership experience. He has played a key role in establishing and leading the Network-as-a-Service sector. Prior to joining PacketFabric, Vincent served as Chief Executive Officer of Megaport, a leading NaaS company. Under his leadership, Megaport expanded from an Australia-centric business to a global connectivity platform. Vincent also served as Chief Financial Officer for Digicel Group. He is a member of ACMA, CPA Australia, and the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Michael Homon

Chief Financial Officer

Mike has over 25 years of experience serving telecom, e-Commerce, software, and financial technology companies. He provides executive leadership & direction across an array of services including accounting, finance and operations for high-growth corporations and has raised over $120 million through IPO’s and venture capital sources. Homon previously was chief financial officer for Pivotel America Inc., where he directed all finance, HR, and logistics activities. He obtained his CPA license while working for Deloitte in their Audit & Assurance practice.

CHIEF STRATEGY OFFICER

Eric is a recognized leader in the data infrastructure industry with more than 25 years across the networking, data center, and cloud sectors. His career began as a network engineer and evolved into key business development roles that shaped the network topology of the internet. He then went on to drive the product roadmap for interconnection and peering services at Equinix for nearly a decade before leading interconnection strategy at Microsoft, where he supported the company’s focus on growing Azure’s cloud computing platform globally. During his nearly eight-year tenure at Megaport as Chief Marketing Officer, Eric led Megaport’s marketing function through the company’s IPO and its growth from $2 million AUD to $170 million AUD in annual recurring revenue.

CHIEF OPERATIONS OFFICER

Anna is an accomplished General Counsel and business leader with more than 20 years’ experience leading startups and multinational, public companies in the United States, Australia, and New Zealand. She most recently served as General Counsel at Megaport where she was instrumental in launching Megaport’s global business operations into 25 countries and advising on employment issues in 13 countries. Anna is highly skilled across varied practice areas including corporate, privacy, security, data protection, M&A, competition and consumer law, franchising, IP, general commercial contracts, dispute resolution, litigation, and employment law.

Joe brings 29 years of diverse experience in Communications and Colocation. Recruited in 2017 to create the Solution Architecture program, his strategic vision and collaborative style has significantly shaped the company’s direction. Previously, he excelled as SVP of Customer and Commercial Operations, driving growth through innovative sales and operational programs, and actively contributing to product design. Joe’s leadership journey includes pivotal roles at GTT, Revelation Networks, and Exodus Communications. His technical acumen and keen focus on customer-centric solutions makes him an instrumental figure in shaping the future of PacketFabric.

Chief TECHNOLOGY Officer

Wes is a forward-thinking technologist with over 25 years of experience in technical leadership. Prior to PacketFabric, Wes held positions at companies like Digital Realty, Lumen/Level 3, Global Cloud Xchange, and XO/Verizon where he and his teams architected networks for the top 10 U.S. banks and financial institutions and for every major cloud provider, financial exchange, and social media platform. He has co-founded and currently sits on the board of multiple tech startups. Before entering private enterprise, Wes served in Special Operations in the U.S. Army.

Morgan Closson

Chief Sales Officer

Morgan has over 25 years’ experience leading high growth, global sales organizations. Notable among these leadership roles: Morgan spent 9 years leading Telecom New Zealand’s (now dba Spark New Zealand) $150M+ Asia Pacific region, and 6 years leading XO Communications’ $150M+ Wholesale division. He is a graduate of Loyola Marymount University (BA), the University of Southern Mississippi (MA), and Waikato University, New Zealand (Post-Graduate Certificate, Management).
