Packet.net Services its Fast-Growing Customer Base Using PacketFabric for AWS Connectivity.
Packet.net needed to service its fast-growing customer base with a simple, easy to use Direct Connect solution.
Both Equinix DC5 and Coresite VA1 Reston (us-east-1 Direct Connect location) are on-net locations for PacketFabric. The PacketFabric team proposed that Packet.net request a virtual circuit to the Coresite VA1 location using the PacketFabric web portal.
- Layer 3 connectivity was established by the customer with their own router as expected
- The PacketFabric platform provides valuable insight into Packet.net's network performance
- PacketFabric gives Packet.net instant access to a secure solution for connecting to AWS Direct Connect The Packet.net team found the PacketFabric platform to be an easy to implement, API-driven solution for connecting to its VPC in AWS.
